Calibrator and cooling system designed with special technology, adopts the water film lubrication and water-ring type of cooling, in order to adapt to the requirements of HDPE (PPR) material, ensuring that the diameter and roundness could be stability during high-speed production.
Special spiral distribution type head, convenient adjustment, discharging even, so the quality of pipe is high.
Unique structure of calibrator, sizing accurately, high cooling speed, and ensuring the stability of dimension of the pipe in the high speed production, Φ 20 SDR11 highest linear speed can be up to 18 m/min.
Extruder and haul-off unit, adopt famous brand of dc governor or frequency converter drive and control, so they are good stability, high accuracy and high reliability
The production line adopts digital control, equipped with human-computer interface, all process parameters can be set on the touch screen.
Password input operation system avoids the improper operation personnel operating production line.
